- The Joinfit Wobble/Balance Cushion combines the advantages of a gym ball, sitting cushion and wobble board.
- The wobble cushion (stand and sit disc) is an extremely versatile piece of equipment that combines the advantages of a Gym (Swiss) Ball, Sitting wedge, Wobble Board and Foot Massage.
- There are a wide range of exercises which covers the lower body, core and upper body. The wobble cushion can be used for a wide range of applications ranging from active sitting, muscle strengthening, joint stabilisation, to post natal care.
- It truly is a 3 in 1 piece of equipment that can benefit anyone from children to the elder generation that is easily affordable. The wobble cushion comes with it’s own free pump for easy inflation or deflation, so you can adjust the pressure to the desired firmness. The firmer the cushion, the more difficult it is to use.
- This wobble cushion has large spiky dimples on one side (for standing), and very small dimples on the reverse side (for sitting).
