Description
“Battle Ropes” are a training accessory used to gain explosiveness and develop endurance. Available in three sizes and two length, these ropes can be used anywhere and only require a support to wrap around.
The entire upper body is targeted when using the battle ropes: arms, shoulders, back, abdominals and chest. The majority of the exercises will also utilize your legs and strengthen your grip.
