When I ordered I believed it would be plastic so not sure of how well it would hold up to heavy weights. When I got it I found it was rubbery. This will help with durability in addition to how well it sticks to the floor. I tried it on rubber mats and wood. The jack did not slide once. The width is perfect and is the same as a 25kg plate I would recommend this. Great design, great price.

I only use one of these as a bar jack, if you’re loading 2 or more 45lb plates on each side, this works as a small ramp for easing your plates in. Place it near the first 45lb plate on either side, slide the plate on it, then load/unload as many other plates as you wish. Then put it away. It’s not supposed to stay under the bar during your lift. It just a replacement for a deadlift jack, or of course, you could use them as squat wedge as advertised.

By making loading and unloading plates easier, you save your energy for the lift. I used to use small 2.5lb plates to do this trick, but this is much more efficient. Plus it ads the coolness factor. You only need one though. So you can give the extra one included to your gym-mate.

Makes loading plates easy! roll the barbell on top of it to load. They work as you would expect them to, unless you expect them to do something other than hold your weight.

These things are great. Really easy to roll the bar onto these add or remove plates and then roll it back off. Unlike some thinner models i have used in a couple of gyms, they are wider and therefore really don’t move when you roll the weight onto them and my biggest problem is putting the bar down in the same place. So it’s really better to be able to move these around. Good product, not life changing though.
