Super bands have been very popular in the fitness community in recent years . These stretchy exercise resistance bands have become extremely popular because they are large enough to be considered an all-in-one fitness tool. Most superbands measure 40” /100 cm or so but sadly most of those are made out of a thick natural latex rubber material which only has the ability to stretch up to  less twice its original length and the resistance goes more and more when the stretch becomes longer, making resistance not constant during workout.
