Description
The Macebell / Club Hammer / Fitness Slammer is effective for improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. It is often selected by overhand athletes for dynamic exercises with focus on coordination, agility, and strength. They were inspired by Indian Clubs that are centuries old, but unlike the traditional Indian Clubs, this macebell / club hammer hybrid is made of cast iron. The basic movement of the macebell / club hammer is a swinging motion and is excellent for hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder stability/mobility. The mace bell also helps to strengthen soft tissue in addition to the grip and forearm strength that is developed as a result of exercising with them.
These weighted implements are not toys and should be used only with proper instruction and supervision. Actual colors may vary.

On time shipping and responsive sales service. The product quality is too notch. I got the 6kgs club, it feels like 20. If you don’t have much experience lifting weights, I would highly recommend starting out with lighter weights. These clubs have worked miracles on my shoulders, I have had 6 months of PT on my right shoulder due to injury, and warming up with Indian clubs before lifting has worked wonders. Nicely made product.

The build quality and finish on these is excellent. Very happy with the purchase.
Side note: The leverage of 6kg is much greater than I anticipated.

I bought a set of the 8kg clubs and I LOVE them. Perfect length and they are great to work shoulders and back, really like the size and handle to the bar! good weight range and very happy with the product so far.

Huge fan of this thing. I’m 150lbs I’m pretty good shape and the 10kg is plenty. (I even ordered the 6kg after to get better practice with form). I’d recommend it to anyone into fitness. 360 swings offer a movement almost no other exercise can replicate. Once you get your flows down this thing is extremely fun and challenging. I’d recommend getting a 6kgb (or lighter if you’re just starting) first then work your way up once your comfortable. reasonable delivery time and great service.

Such a good addition for a home gym with functional training in mind. Originally bought the 8kg but got the 4kg just a week later because I was that impressed. (Also because some essential movements were beyond of my abilities with the 8kg one.) I personally believe the best way to get your money’s worth is to have a dedicated lighter weight for flows and movements like the 360. Then a heavy one for things such as over head squats and my favorite barbarian squats.
The 8kg has a thicker grip than the 4kg and is slightly longer. Works proportionately with the weight/leverage gained so you’re not cranking your wrists and thumbs. Recommend.
Price isn’t bad at all. It’s its own weight in steel, prefabricated. And steel isn’t cheap.
