We moved our sample room from North Point to Kwai Chung in March 2016
• Address : (appointment necessary） New Venture Center, 18 Lam Tin St, Kwai Chung, NT, Hong Kong. 10 min #31M bus ride from Kwai Fong MTR, Hong Kong （we DO NOT sell products in our sample room, only for trying products)
• Sample room hours available for appointments : Mon – Fri, 10am – 5:30pm except for public holidays.
• Please call +852-21519915 or Whatsapp +852-46299644 to make appointment ahead to avoid disappointment, (necessary, our office and showroom are on different floors.)
No. Our sample room is not geared with point of sales facilities and the premises is furnished for the purpose of trying sample only. We only have one piece of sample of 95% of our products in the sample room. All our products are stocked in our warehouses in less costly remote premises in Tun Mun, New Territories and we also stock some, if not a few, bulky and heavy products in Shenzhen.
Your purchase will be delivered to you straight from our warehouses by SF Express or Hong Kong Post later after your visit to our sample room if you decide to buy. We offer free of charge delivery to any door addresses in Hong Kong and we provide 100% product exchange warranty if any faulty products found in your shipment.
