Yes, we provide free delivery to any DOOR ADDRESS in Hong Kong & Macau for ANY sizes of purchase from this online shop, NO extra postage or shipping fee needed even you buy only one HK80 item. (Assuming delivery address is a door address that private vehicles can reach in day time without the need for special permit, and no climbing any stairs is needed, OTHERWISE you may be asked to pay extra porter fee by our delivery contractor)
Yes, we deliver your purchase to any DOOR ADDRESS in Hong Kong & MACAU. On the checkout page, please write down an address where there is someone to answer the door between 9am and 7pm, Mon-Sat, so HK Post or SF Express can hand-deliver the equipment to you or your representative. (Assuming delivery address is a door address that private vehicles can reach without the need for special permit in day time, and no climbing any stairs is needed, OTHERWISE you might be asked to pay extra porter fee by our delivery contractor)
OR you can write a SF Express Business Station / SF Express Store / SF Locker address as shipping address on the checkout page, yet terms and conditions apply, please read details further on below.
After placing your order online, in addition to an instant automatic email response, on or before the next business day you will also receive a man-written email from us confirming your order, payment (if paid) and delivery day range (usually 4 to 7 work days). Calling us is not necessary although we are always happy to listen to your questions and talk to you in details over the phone if you want.
Delivery of our products to you is carried out by either SF Express or Hong Kong Post
Joinfit understands that if waiting anxiously for a delivery at home in a time-tight, schedule-rushing or labor costing manner could be a very disappointing experience. If delivering to work address is not an option, we suggest if your residence has a concierge or security post, please ask them to do you a favor by signing off, receiving, keeping and later passing the parcel(s) to you in case no one answers the door when delivery, in this way you can stay relaxed and enjoy using our equipment happily when they arrive in our promised delivery period (4 to 7 work days normally)
Or you can also choose to pick up your shipment from either one of the SF Express Business Station / SF Express Store / SF Locker locations, yet terms and conditions apply, please read details further on below.
If your shipment is less than 20kg and smaller than 70 x 40 x 32cm, you can also pick up your purchase at one of the SF Express Stores .
If your shipment is larger and heavier than that, you can only pick up your purchase at one of the SF Express Business Stations Please choose a suitable SF Express location and then write the SF Express pick-up address as the shipping address in the order form on the checkout page. if you are not sure, you can Whatsapp us to check if your shipment size exceeds the pick up size limits SF Express will send you a SMS text once the shipment is ready for collection, any shipment to be picked up is only kept at the SF Express location for 3 days only, starting from the 4th day you will be asked to pay HK$10/day as extra storage fee, if you do not pick up your shipment in 30 days, SF Express will cancel the shipment, due to all the admin cost, storage cost, double shipping cost and labor cost incurred, we CANNOT ARRANGE ANY REFUND to you.
If your shipment is less than 20kg and the package dimension is smaller than 45*31*35cm, you can also choose to pick up your purchase at one of the SF Locker Locations , Please choose a suitable SF Locker location and then write the SF Locker address as the shipping address in the order form on the checkout page. If you are not sure, you can Whatsapp us to check if your shipment size exceeds the pick up size limits.
POSSIBLE SHIPMENT DELAY IF USING LOCKER : If the locker location you choose is very popular and always busy, often it’s very likely that all lockers get fully occupied by other users, then your shipment can only wait in the line to be put in the locker box. Please note that the closer your shipment size to the locker size limit, the higher the chance for the wait because there are usually only 1 to 2 larger locker boxes at any locker location. Joinfit does not bear any liability for such delays.
SF Express will send you a SMS text once the shipment is ready for collection, any shipment to be picked up is only kept in the SF locker box for 3 days only, starting from the 4th day SF Express will take your shipment to the nearest SF Express Store or Business Station OF THEIR CHOICE, also you will be asked to pay HK$10/day as extra storage fee. If you still do not go to pick up your shipment in 30 days, SF Express will cancel the shipment,
due to all the admin cost, storage cost, double shipping cost and labor cost incurred, we CANNOT ARRANGE ANY REFUND to you.
Usually 4 to 7 work days. REMOTE or HARD-TO-REACH areas in Hong Kong may take 1 to 2 ADDITIONAL days. REMOTE AREAS : includes but not necessarily only all islands, Ma Wan, Aberdeen, Happy Valley, Mid Levels (West, Central & East), Tung Chung, Airport, Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung.
HARD-TO-REACH premises : includes but not necessarily only all sub-urb villages, schools, universities, hospitals, shopping malls and arcades.
We pride ourselves on shipping your order the day it is received whenever possible. All items in our online shop are in-stock at our warehouses and available for immediate shipment. Normal (95% of the time) non-remote-area delivery schedule in Hong Kong: (we count WORK DAYS) If your payment is received and we get notified BEFORE:
3pm on Mon – delivery between Friday & Monday
3pm on Tue – delivery between Saturday & Tuesday
3pm on Wed – delivery between Monday& Wednesday
3pm on Thu – delivery between Tuesday& Thursday
3pm on Fri – delivery between Wednesday & Friday
3pm on Sat – delivery between Thursday & Saturday
Add more days if your delivery address is in remote or hard-to-reach area, or according to length of public holidays and bad weather, if any.
