Joinfit Resistance bands (15m Roll)
Joinfit Resistance-Bands come in four colour-coded resistance levels. This allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels.
They can be secured at one end and attached to any part of the body to perform rehabilitation exercises in any direction. The advantage of reistance bands for rehabilitation is that they can be used for exercises that closely mimic sports specific actions.
