Description

Elastic stretching strap by Joinfit is a wide looped and elastic in nature which is the best choice for progressive stretching. The 5cm wide, soft spendex material can capture the entire ball of the foot. This strap has 8 fixed loops and can be used for sports warmup before and after dance, yoga, Pilates, running, fitness and home stretching.

Most stretching straps are made from nylon which makes them ridged. The strap is made of a soft material that has a little “give” or elasticity which is ideal for stretching.

This stretching strap is designed to improve strength and flexibility. It has eight loops to provide an adaptable stretch along with flexible fabric for comfort, and resistance.

It’s super convenient and portable; just wrap it up and toss it into your bag! A must have for any stretching or strengthening session.

I have a chronic bad leg situation where I’ve been in and out of PT many times over the past few decades. I’ve used a number of yoga straps and medical straps over the years, this yoga strap is by far, and I do mean BY FAR, the absolute BEST strap I’ve ever encountered. I showed my PT, he’s amazed as well and will probably recommend this strap to his other clients as well. I’ve come to the conclusion I need two now, one for home and one in my “gym” bag.

I like this stretch band. I run about 75 miles a month so I like using bands to help me stretch. Most people would think that most stretch bands are the same but this one is different. This band has a number of sections made into the band where you can place you foot into. When holding with two hands, the closer together you place you hands, the harder the resistance which gives wonder progressive srtetch ffeling. The band is also long enough to put place both feet into and stretch. This band is also pretty sturdy and durable. They are better than some thin resistance bands that I used to use. Those thin ones are prone to snap over time.

My absolute favorite thing is that the strap is elastic — no latex to pinch the skin, catch a hair, or smell like plastic. And the band won’t snap back like a rubber latex band if you accidentally let go mid stretch.

This band is very comfortable against bare skin, and/or body hair.

The band has 9 loops that make excellent hand holds. The loops allow you to vary the degrees of your stretch. You can also use the loops for your feet.

The band can be hand washed. I have a similar elastic resistance band that I’ve had for over 2 years, so I feel confident this one will work for just as long, if not longer.

Have you ever taken a yoga class where the teacher tells you to reach for your feet and you think to yourself, “That’s not going to happen.” For all those times, I wish I had this band.

Since I have very tight hamstrings and hips, I have great difficulty being able to bend at my hips and reach my feet without bending my knees. This elastic band is great for stretching and attempting to move past a point that you could not do on your own. The multiple loop handles are great so that your feet don’t slip inside the band. Also, the material of the band is a nice elastic fabric and comfortable against your skin unlike some of the rubber bands that are also available on the market. It is also good when trying to pull your foot closer when in other stretches too, like pigeon.

Bottom line, if you have tight muscles and need some assistance to stretch, this band is great.

Having recently had surgery for a rotator cuff and bicep repair, I am a very frequent flyer at my local physical therapist. I’ve used more bands and stretchers and other contraptions than most people probably know exist.

One of the most painful and difficult challenges in recovery has been any motion where I have to put my arm behind my back from the bottom up (imagine trying to reach that spot right in the middle that always itches. This type of band is perfect for assisting with this motion. I can put my right (recovering) arm in one of the slots and place it behind my back and then pull up with the left hand until I can feel the stretch.

The quality is excellent–as I said, I’ve used lots of these and this is as nice or nicer quality than the ones my therapist has. It is definitely going to help in my recovery and will be a nice addition to my workout room in the future when I can do more things.
