Our new line of Olympic Chrome Tri-Grip Plate were designed for great power lifting experience while making all plates easy to handle and slim for space-saving storage.
All of these plates are made from high quality cast iron core and all plates are chrome coated.
Tri-Grip design turns these plates of smaller weights into Plate-Bells with which you can do tricep extension, deltoid fly, plate-lunges etc, making your purchase more versatile in use.
**This is Power Lifting Gear – very good quality suitable for less dynamic deadlift, squat, bench press and other less impact-type of lifting moves alike. If compared to competition grade weight lifting equipment, there is less spring in the bar and those are less drop-resistant plates. These are some solid plates!!! I think it’s just my mind playing tricks on me but these feel so much heavier than the 45lb bumper plates I remember on the squat racks at the gym. I imagine it’s because the metal finishing makes me feel they are heavier. I checked them. I bought 2, and both weighed in right at 20kg.
I am currently using them on an AXLE bar and they’re great. 2” hole for bars. Good grips to use for other workouts too. Just don’t drop them and mind your feet since they’re solid iron. One thing that was a bummer was that the paper box was pretty much banged up when arrived, thought the plates were all good. Great to find decently priced weights, good service too!

The plates are exactly what I was hoping for. Our home gym is really taking shape. We now have 2 of the 20s, 2 of the 15s, 10s and four 5s. I plan to get 2 25s and a couple more 5s to round out the set. These are better quality than the iron plates at our commercial gym, easier to grasp (I have small hands), and weigh in exactly. They have been the best buy I’ve found in new Olympic-sized plates.

These weights are amazing! They’re on the heavier side due to being cast iron plates so make sure u don’t drop them. But if u do a few exercises with these and go back to ur regular gym u will definitely notice the difference which is better if u are into strength training. I bought 2 of them and they shipped and arrived on time.

I am a regular user of my home gym and have tried various weight sets, bars, bricks and plates. I must say that these are a high quality design with great maneuverability. I have used these for a few weeks now and I had to invest in another one. Honestly, I thought this was a 2-pack. I was a little surprised by the price of one at first. But in comparison to the other plates I use, this was just so versatile I had to order more to complete my set.
You”ll notice the design is great not only for usin with benches, bars and machines, but also with hand-held exercises. It has a very tactile feel for easy usage on a variety of exercises as opposed to its flat counterparts. I would highly recommend this product from Joinfit
