This has a softer, more forgiving surface than most other foam rollers that has a hard tube core and only a thin layer of foam on the surface, those rollers are so hard, it feels like they’re GIVING me muscle knots, instead of working them out! This Joinfit foam roller is really all made of foam thankfully! It’s 90cm length is perfect for putting under my spine and stretching out my chest. It supports all the way from my bottom to the back of my head. I put my arms out and let gravity pull them down towards the floor, which makes a good stretch in my chest to help fight scholar’s slump. Great product!

This roller is the prefect density, and the foam is flawless all the way through (some other rollers have had holes or gaps when the foam was pressed together, and they wear with time/use. I bought this roller for a friend because I have had mine for already a year and still LOVE it. I use it in a variety of ways (rolling out sore muscles in the legs/glutes, standing on it to work on balance, lay lengthwise on it to open back/shoulders, roll width-wise on it to re-shape postural muscles, and sometimes use it to gently roll out knots in my neck. I literally carry it with me in my car and use it wherever I can. It is a staple in my life. If you are considering getting a roller, this roller is exceptional. Make sure to know what density you are looking for as this one is firm ( I prefer the firm but hard and painful ones, and they last long enough to justify the price in my opinion). I would reccoment this roller with 100% confidence!

Exactly what I was looking for at a fair price compared to others. The color is comfortable to the eyes. Wanted something softer then all the pressed foam ones that feel like you’re rolling around on a concrete tube. Went with the 60cmfor better coverage using length wise along the spine. Although it’s a “softer” type foam, it’s plenty sturdy, I weigh 180 lbs and it hardly gives way or squishes down. Thankfully something made with the ultimate purpose in mind.

I have never used a roller before and after reading reviews decided to try this one. So far it works great. It is firm but has a little bit of “give” to it. It is a fairly large diameter and long enough to completely cover the width of my back. I use it for my mid to upper back (shoulder blades area) and it does a great job. It also works well for the butt and back of the thighs/legs areas.
I have problems using it for rolling my arms or side. It just seems to big to get in a position to comfortably roll these parts. Therefore a smaller diameter roller would probably work better. Overall: I really like it and am really glad I bought it.

I’m a runner and was recently diagnosed with IT band syndrome (characterized by pain the runs from the hip down to the outside of the knee). Part of recovery therapy is to foam roll. However, the very roller that I bought from Decathlon was just too much. I needed one that is smooth that will allow me to target and hold on painful pressure points. This one is ideal. The first time I used it felt like torture which is good thing (I was warned ahead of time that rolling the injured area would be painful)! The composition is firm, but not too firm. Hopefully, this will help get back on the road sooner than later.

Free delivery was fast! I’ve had some terrible knots in my upper back from lifting, carrying, and holding a 1 year old. This roller really helped relieve that pain and work out the knots. The roller is firm with a bit of give and is quite sturdy. I got the 60cm model which is a good size for me。
