Love this ball. I use it for burpees, doing the push-up on it feels really good. I loved adding this ball to my collection. It’s exactly what I need. I love all of my Joinfit equipment and will always recommend this brand to others. And I will buy 20 lb one, 14 pounds has become easy.

The grips on the Joinfit grip ball make it easy to incorporate into warm up excercises and cardio work outs. When new from the box it smells a little rubbery but so do my brand new tires and it will go away in time. Good solid product!

Work out regularly and while not a gym rat, put in an hour of exercise 3-5 days a week of cardio and strength training, this ball has become the essential tool! Simply put. This is a great product. I bought this ball because every kettlebell in Hong Kong is sold out and I wanted something that would work for kettlebell-style workouts at home. Honestly, I think I like this better than I would a kettlebell because of its versatility. It works really well for both kettlebell and medicine ball workouts, and I’ve even been able to use it as a balance ball for push ups/planks/etc. The handle is extremely comfortable to hold on to and the weight is very balanced throughout the ball. Overall, nice quality product and I am happy with my purchase.

I really like medicine ball workouts. I, however, have moderate wrist pain, so I started using medicine balls with grips, since it seems to be easier on my wrist and hand muscles. I got a Joinfit 8-lb medicine ball and I liked it so much that I bought a 14-lb ball in the second month.
PROS
-I’ve read reviews of some other medicine balls where people said they’re weighted with sand and that the sand shifts in the ball. I have no idea what the Joinfit ball weighted with, but there’s no shifting of weight.
-Big handles. First, let me say that I don’t have big hands for a man. But, I can say with confidence that Joinfit leaves enough room for people with big paws.
-It is fully inflated and holds air well.
Overall, I’m very happy with my Joifnit balls. I’d like to get a 20-lb as well. If you are looking for a quality medicine ball with grips, I think Joinfit is a great choice.
