Description
Medicine Balls (in kilogram) by Joinfit PRO are made of a textured natural rubber shell and are filled with air, available in increments from 1 to 10 kgs. These are very strong and durable medicine balls and they stand out for its durable rubber construction that allows it to repeatedly bounce off hard surfaces without wearing down.
The ball is ideal for fine tuning balance and for improving coordination and developing core strength. Each weight is a different number, textured exterior finish provides a safe and secure grip, even when slamming the ball.

The medicine balls are awesome. We picked this 6kg up after a good experience with their 4kg. It has a nice grip and is very evenly weighted, making it great for workouts. It has some bounce, but as long as you do not add extra air, it is nothing like, say, a basketball. We do smashes and on a soft surface and it bounces back up about chest high, making for an easy retrieval. When we are ready for a 8kg, it will be an Joinfit again. One more plus it is not latex and is odourless, that’s something many other brands cannot compare.

I hated that terrible stinky latex smell from the dumbbells and medcine balls I previously bought from another cheaper vendor in Hong Kong, this is not an issue at all with Joinfit PRO. In Hong Kong there are less expensive and more expensive balls to consider. As one who is serious about exercise, I considered the more expensive for better quality and durability, but after working with Joinfit balls I discovered they have the utmost quality for the price. I use my Joinfit balls almost every day before my weight training – they’re different, and I highly recommend the use of medicine balls in your exercise program and Joinfit balls.
