There is no unnecessary computer stuff in the machine just simple computer shows what you need to know. Customer service is excellent for any questions with fast response. I rarely review purchases but this is an exceptional machine. Very small footprint for an elliptical machine, which is perfect for my new Covid reality home gym. It takes a couple weeks for your muscles to adapt to the movement, but once you are there – it is a workout equal to any elliptical I’ve been on. Very thoughtfully designed and built to last. After it arrived I knew I made the right decision to invest in this vs cheaper options available in crap-filled equipment market in Hong Kong. Highly recommend.

This elliptical is quiet and needs no electricity…and you can adjust the workout as you please. It is a shorter stride than some ellipticals but works your legs quite evenly (especially if you “go backwards” some of the time) and builds cardio intensity with a slight uphill cant. Love the overall service and product experience!
