Description

Easy and Great Pilates Exercise set! You can actually stuff it under the couch when not in use! Great way to get some stretching Pilates into your routine! Well made and very easy to assemble. On Youtube you can find a lot of exercises that you can do with the set! I’m going to buy two more sets for Xmas presents this year- I love this set!

Not only does this nifty bar help bring a little extra to those pesky lunges, but it also adds just enough resistance that I can feel in my core as I workout. I ordered on a Friday and received by Monday afternoon. There’s no real assembly you simply need to snap the two bar pieces together. During my 45 minute workout I was able to use the easily use the bar with my squats and other stretches. And the resistance bands are high quality ones. I love this kit and will be using it often! Great investment.
