This version of the three extra heavy competition kettlebell is designed with 34mm to help maintain grip for longer periods of time. The 34mm decreases grip fatigue and allows for more time under tension for those training for kettlebell sport.
Steel shelled competition kettlebells are the most durable kettlebells on the market, particularly this version bears a protective coating (e-coat ). Although the coating may get scratches here and there over a long time of application or abuse, they do have extra protection from corrosion that other non-coated steel kettlebells do not.
