By doing raises, holds, walks, or max lifts, Pinch Block is the greatest tool to improve your pinch strength. . By taking the palm muscles out of the equation, muscles in thumbs and all other fingers are more actively engaged in a way that the strongest of hands will kneel.
Use a nylon sling (sold separately) to attach the block to any kettlebell, dumbbell or pull-up bar for weighted carries, pull-ups or any other grip moves.

Discs meet high demands of International Powerlifting Federation (IPF)
The sculpted design and and tight tolerances give these plates a distinctive look and feel. The raised lip on the front makes the discs easier to grip for loading and unloading and the polymer paint in the two tone look will ensure these plates stand out from the rest.
Each disc have a front and a back. The back is plain and smooth, with two alignment marks but no lettering and no indentations. The front has a lip around the edge, and the surface of the plate is recessed. Inside that recessed area there is a label showing how much the plate weighs
