Description

The Squat Ramp or Squat Wedge allows you to elevate the heel while standing firm and stable during squatting. Great tool to isolate the quads or compensate for insufficient mobility in the ankles. Widely used in various rehab and mobility movements.

Angled at 20 degrees, allows heel elevation of between 1cm (heels close to the low edge) and 5 cm (heels closer to the high edge) and choosing different angles to target different areas. Extend your squat routine by using the ramp for different squat variations such as the bicycle squat which is a great accessory exercise for powerlifters and weightlifters.

The squat ramp is also a great tool for calve raises with full range of motion or rehab training for the plantar fascia.

Made of 4kg solid rubber with a no-slip surface this heavy duty wedge won’t move or break even in the heaviest of training sessions.

Excellent and sturdy. I tried foam versions in past from other companies and they were not good for the heal elevated exercises; the foam would compress easily… These rubber ramp is solid and easy to handle and use. Great buy and would strongly recommend.

These are great to bring to the gym, though I wish it was lighter, 4kg is more than necessary!. The best thing is that you can’t slip. Beats my old wooden slant boards, which all have been slippery. I am able to get a much deeper squat than I normally can. Thank you!

I have knee issue and sometimes it does hurt when i do squat. These wedge solves all the problems and I can get more depth now, feels great. the 4kg solid rubber does not move abit, nonslip and pretty supportive, that matters, safety first. You can adjust the height by resting your heels further or closer to the top of the ramp, for me, half way the best. Keep them under my desk, easy to store. Like it.

I couldn’t be happier. These wedge do indeed have all the desired characteristics: density, degree of lift options, and overall design. I’ve looked for such items for some time in HK and finally settled on this one. Highly recommend for anyone needing quality squat wedges.

So these have excellent stability!!! I was afraid of foam ones bc I imagined that I would eventually sink into them. These hard rubber I don’t sink into and they’re sturdy. One piece design is also better than those wedges in pair in terms of stability and placement balance. Good customer service too!
