The Multi Grip Cable Attachment is suitable for high-intensity pulldown and row work, and is a great option for anyone who wants greater lat-pull down versatility or a larger gym with many members of different needs for pull-down-grip.
Using the included carabiner, an user can quickly connect the attachment, then select the preferred neutral grip position from narrow (center handles are spaced 30cm on center) out to the widest option (117.5cm on center).
