Introducing the new Wall or Ceiling Mount Pull Up Bar with universal-fit 48 inch / 122cm bar. The pull up bar is fully redesigned with new 22 inch / 56cm box section risers, gussets, and mount plates. Box section tubing maximizes weld surface area and makes a bold architectural statement. On the wall, 22 inches / 56cm provides incredible clearance for pull up variations. On the ceiling, the risers position the bar at an ideal 7′ / 213cm from the floor (assuming total 9ft / 2.7m ceiling clearance), perfect for most users.

Nice solid construction. About 1/2 the price of a named-brand comparable one that I was looking at from the US. All hardware included. Can be mounted on the wall or in the ceiling, but needs to be in the studs. You should have some basic stud finding and hole-drilling abilities, otherwise get a handyman to help out.
Kimbo Song –
This was the cheaper of the two pull up bar options I was considering. I took a chance on it despite the lack of many reviews and I am quite pleased I did! The shipment showed up quickly in only 4 days and with all of it’s hardware. Assembly was super easy and straight forward. I used some socket wrenches and a drill to drill some pilot holes into my floor joist. The unit is very stout and quite easily holds my 195 pounds up from the floor joist above.
Build quality is a 10/10, especially at this price point. The grip is nice and durable, the whole structures are solid and the welds are quality. I also enjoy very wide bars to which I can tie my suspension trainer, ab straps and resistance band all in one go and tucked to the sides yet there is empty space for my to do pull up !

I can only give this thing full marks! It is amazingly sturdy, I’m 180 pounds and it pulls me up with ease! It is versatile cuz you can tie different other suspenion tools onto it!
I was going to build my own DIY pull up bar, but pricing everything out against this, this kit made far more sense! If you’re on the fence, if you’re looking for a joist-mount pull up bar, I’d shortlist this one!

This product is as advertised. It’s well made and not too difficult to install if you have experience. It also allows for a very very wide pull up grip which I like a lot. Highly recommended. This unit replaced a portable one used over my door. This unit is well build…no concerns about stability if properly installed.
