This is just what you expect – a sturdy rope for tricep pulls & other exercises. Appears to be just as good as anything I’ve found in a gym. Been using for over a month on a regular basis with no issues.

My trainer recommended it. Very nice. Strong sturdy rope that adapts to my home gym system . I did put a bigger 3” carabiner on it to make it easier to take on & off my pulley system but that’s the only negative that I have. I recommend it.

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. These are nice and thick and easy to get a good grip on. Very easy to attach to my preacher curl attachment and looks like it will last quite a while.
