Even though I do my gym workouts at a gym with my coach, I wanted to have a Bosu ball to use at home for additional core work (I’m a amateur competitive cyclist & a strong core is absolutely essential to performing well in my races). I already knew that a Bosu ball is a GREAT tool since my coach has been having me use one for the past 2 years. This lower-budget version is absolutely perfect: it was carefully packaged & inflated very easily. It feels just as sturdy as the one I’ve been using in the gym. I took it into my home gym immediately & used it for a core workout. 🙂 I can already tell it’ll stand up to years of use. If you’ve never used a Bosu ball, it’s a must-have addition for anyone who wants to do some serious core work, and this one is cheaper.

I have knee issues and my PT told me I should get a balance ball. At home I use it to strengthen my legs, core per my PT but also arms and back. The rubber material feels thicker than the Bosu ball and is a tad smaller in circumference. It’s heavier if you’re doing squat lifts but if you’re not lifting, The weight makes it very stable. It works great and my legs and core are getting stronger.

SF Express was fast. Easy to set up and good quality. I am realy glad to bought the balance ball. Easy to put together. I Love working out and using this. Highly recommend this product to anyone!

As a personal trainer who has only ever used BOSU brand balance trainers, I was skeptical about this purchase at first but I’m so happy I made it. Great value, easy to inflate, feels thick and sturdy, and has a cute grippy design. I use it for a variety of different exercises from split pushups to step ups to jump squats to a support for bench press, and I feel very confident in this product. Recommend!

I use the bosu at the gym, and at my friend’s home gym, was looking for a cheaper alternative to the name brand and this was a great addition to my home gym. It’s just as sturdy, it’s around the same size (width), the textured dome surface helps with sliding if you’re at home on your ball with bare feet of just socks. I don’t feel like I down graded with this half-ball. It’s comparable to the bosu in everyway but it’s cheaper!

Joinfit balance trainer has a better nonslip surface and bottom than Bosu, otherwise very similar for only fraction of the cost. The pump was missing in the original shipment. Contacted seller on Whatsapp who had a replacement sent to me within 4 days, no charge. Excellent service!

  7. Megan

Does the job and more! Love the color and finishing. And the cost beats BOSU in every way! I received the pink ball and it looks great, something different! Have not had to refill it since I inflated it the first time! LOVE this ball use it 4-5 days/week no problems yet and has it for about 2 months now. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a stability ball!
