    i use this Joinfit band 1-4 x a week.since getting it a month ago. I also have encouraged clients to purchase or have given as a gift. if you are relatively fit with decent upper and lower body strength the blue is a good fit. the heavier is over kill and the lighter ones are too light for overall use. I have developed dozens of strnegthening moves with this band using one or both handles, or attaching to trees, poles, etc. it’s super versatile and if I travel and only bring one piece of fitness equipment, this is defintiely the item I bring!

    I ordered the light resistance band in pink, and it perfectly meets my workout needs. The handles are comfortable, and the band works just like the bands at my gym. At 5’6″, 125 lbs, the light band is not too slack; it provides enough resistance to be challenging. For exercises that stretch the band longer than usual, such as the overhead shoulder press, the resistance is not too strong for me, so I might order the next stronger band for other exercises in the future. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, so I recommend the light Joinfit Resistance Tube with Handles

    I had both of my shoulders repaired after living with torn rotators so severe in one that I had no ability to move my shoulder. Part of my recovery therapy used rubber bands. After regaining the use of my shoulders, I continued to use the bands until they wore out. I am in my 60’s and find that weight lifting – which I have done all my life – gets me in trouble and results in hurting myself as much as not. At first I bought some other bands that looked like giant rubber bands that weren’t worth a hoot. I bought these after seeing them in use at a local gym. They are fantastic. I have at least one of each color and even double them up when I want more “weight”. Easily fit in my suitcase for travel and my morning hotel room workout.

    I ve bought all three, the blue one is my favorite due to the medium tension. Of course, the tension is personal preference, (I imagine most beginners require lighter resistance, the pink version) but for me, I can use the blue one for more exercises than the others. Also, in regards to the 3 tension levels overall, no matter which one you prefer, rest assured knowing that the materials are not flimsy. Overall, it’s a very good value. The more creative/knowledgeable you are, the more you can take advantage of these three resistance bands.

    These resistance bands rock! They’re extremely durable, versatile, easy to use, and honestly, fun to use as well. The bright colors inspire me to pick them up and work out. All 3 bands have different resistance levels. The handles are soft yet firm, and easy to grip. This set is appropriate for anyone including those struggling with chronic pain illnesses like myself. It feels good to strengthen my arms and core using these bands. I would recommend them to anyone!
