   So I am giving the yoga mat 5 stars because I think it is a fantastic yoga mat for regular yoga! It was super comfortable and had good grip. I unfortunately was using it for hot yoga and did not like it for that kind of practice. When i got super sweaty I would make a loud squeaking noise when going through a flow on the yoga mat.

   Tried several Decath mats and returned all three because they were so slippy, despite being advertised as non-stick. As soon as my hands warmed up and got a little sweaty, I was slip-sliding everywhere. Then I started reading about PVC mats and gave up trying to buy a mat in store. Found this one on Google and it’s a bit pricy than those I previously bought. it is supposedly better quality than the PVC mats.! It is truly non-slip and cushion well so I’m very happy with it!

   I bought this mat 3 weeks ago. I was worried about the.durability of the top. It’s exceeded all my expectations. Very durable. Very comfortable. Well made. I use it 5 times a week and am not a light individual. I did have to put a small towel down at the top for my hands as they slipped at first. I don’t need it now that it’s been used.

   Started yoga 3x a week to help with tight muscles from cycling a lot. Had been using just cheap foam mats that would kill my knees and decided to get a better mat. This seemed to have good reviews and in the price range I was looking for. I am impressed with the difference in this mat and the cheap ones. There is no slipping, stretching or bunching with this mat. Padding is perfect thickness to offer padding for my knees but also not too much do you feel stable when balancing on it.

   I’ve been looking for a new mat for a while, and decided to go with this Joinfit mat based on reviews and description. At this point, I’ve only had four sessions on it and it is wonderful. From the description I liked the dual ‘traction’ design (one pattern designed to work best on the floor, and the other to work best under feet) and that seems great. It’s amazingly light compared to others I’ve held. My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner!! Would recommend this to a friend.

   Love the yoga mat! I’ve been using this mat for about a month now and I approve it. I use it for stretching and simple yoga around 3 times a week. It provided moderate cushion on my laminate flooring, is fairly grippy without inhibiting movement, and doesn’t tear as I move around. It is not cat proof, but thats my problem, not theirs. Would highly recommend. In the future I might pick a darker color because the light pink looked dirty fairly quickly. It did clean up easily as well.
