Superior Strength and Finish: The bright chrome coating on the shaft and sleeves protects from oxidation and wear. The bar is 20KG, 2200mm long, it has 35mm shaft diameter, made of high-grade alloy steel and snap ring construction, with 150K PSI tensile strength rating and a max load of 400kg, so you can lift heavy without worry of bending.
Standard Knurling and Quality Bushing: The 1 mm diamond knurl, a standard knurl allows for easy, comfortable grip. THE SAFETY SQUAT BAR has 2 bushing sleeves to give optimal rotation.
Thick Padded Shoulder Rests: The way the bar is designed, there is a padded section that sits around your neck with two handles extending over each shoulder. This allows you to easily hold the handles directly out in front of your body with maximum cushioning comfort. There is no need to externally rotate the shoulders, which is something many people have issues with on a traditional straight bar.
