Description

Joinfit PRO Wall Ball can absorb impact, it can be thrown, caught, and struck with maximum force and velocity, and it is a training tool for life. It is basically a medicine ball as an implement that combines the qualities of a ball and the qualities of an impact absorbing mitt into one unit.

    14” diameter standard size for crossfit use. They are made well. I’ve only used for a month so time will tell
    When it comes to durability but so far after dropping multiple times they have held their original shape. Will come back in a few months for a more in depth review.

    I have both a Rogue 20lb wall ball and now this one. Only at almost half the price and I have to say now that they both are worked in the same I cannot tell you if I prefer one over the other. I am a crossfitter so these are used for WODs that call for wall balls at least 3 times a week, I also use these for sit-ups and ghds several times a week. They get abused and are holding up like my rogue one. I am very impressed with the quality. It was a little stiffer in the beginning but after a few workouts and being dropped the med ball has loosened up nicely like my rogue one.

    I have done 3 workouts with it, and it is holding up great. This includes wall balls and floor slams (though it’s not a slam ball). I like the texture and the ties on the side. It’s easy to grip. I have also used it for mobility and stretching exercises as well. I will purchase this again in different weight increments.

    inexpensive and durable product. Use medicine ball in several WODS that have added to the experience. Even after beating it on the ground, it’s still intact and holds up with no issues

    Exactly what I needed for some variety in my at home workouts. Sturdy and appears well made. Have used it during a handful of workouts doing a variety of exercises with no issues.
