I need physical therapy for neck and shoulder issues. I was looking for something similar to a lightweight bodyblade that is commonly used in my home town and targets groups of muscles hard to access by conventional methods. My PT in Hong Kong researched the topic and recommended the Joinfit vibration bar as the best HK equivalent. After using for weeks, I found that it provides an imperfect yet reasonable approximation to the BodyBlade. They do result in slightly different workouts, and so in principle one could benefit from owning both. But if you want to purchase just one lightweight exercise bar, I would certainly recommend this Joinfit vibration bar: comparable quality yet almost half cheaper. Great value for the price.

i have used the body blade for a year . i enjoyed using it. I wanted to take it with me when i traveled, but didn’t want to lose it enroute. i saw this Joinfit bar on Google; read the reviews and liked that i could get an intense workout with it.(better than the body blade). i absolutely loved the price. i liked the feel of it. i enjoy using it more than i do the body blade. My rotator cuff especially benefits from my daily, mini workouts. this is a fun way to stretch and unwind after a couple of hours at my desk. but a word of caution: you might want to make a circle of safety before you start: it is so engrossing that you lose track of time and space as you move from position to position that you could easily break windows, light bulbs, etc.without your circle of safety.

I had a right shoulder arthroscopy last month and even a 4 lb weight that I had in the bedroom was too heavy for my physical therapy initially. The lighest version of this joinfit bar just fits the bill, this bar is light and I there is no sign of wear or the loosening of parts in the last five weeks. Recommend!

I used to be one of those people who would spend a lot of my time in the gym. That is until I had my ridiculous shoulder injury about a month ago, after which my doctor told me I should keep away from heavy weights. This was devastating news, but long story short I realized this was the only way to keep my shoulder safe.
I started going to my physical therapy and my PT brought out this huge stick, I remember thinking “what the hell is that huge thing!”, but soon I would realize it was just what I needed.
I started using the vibration bar in his office every visit, after a few weeks went by my shoulder has started to get better. I decided to get one for myself and was surprised at the reasonable price, so I went and purchased it for my home to speed up my recovery.
So all in all I just want to say that don’t be afraid by the size of this thing because it’s definitely worth it if you are looking to get back to the gym. Plus it’s pretty good for working out your abs as well.
