I work in PT, so I use the overpriced Airex balance pads everyday, but never bought one, since they are so overpriced. When I found this one for a good price with a good review, I figured I would try it out. It’s just as good as the Airex I use for work, and for considerably less. It’s also better than other cheap alternatives, since the pad is full sized. Not slimmed down to sell a smaller pad for a lower price. I am totally happy with my purchase of this balance pad for my balance and strength training, and reduced sports injuries.

The balance pad is perfect for what I needed and the price was right. Best of all was their customer service. Initially they sent me the wrong item (which can happen) and when I mentioned it they told me to keep the first one, don’t bother to send it back and they sent me the right one in 3 days. They could not have been nicer and encouraged me to pass the first one on to a friend or simply keep it. They not only make a great pad, they understand the value of customer service. I’ll buy from them again for sure.

I have a really hard time kneeling while working out, it hurts my knees, I bruise incredibly easy and get frustrated when I can’t give my workout 100%, even rolled up towels didn’t work for me. This thing however is a life saver.
It has the perfect firmness (nicely squishy/soft but still firm) and thanks to the thickness you don’t end up with your knees on the floor even with all your weight on them.
If you like meditating but don’t wanna sit on the floor or a cushion this is perfect too. On top of that I do have a sit/standing desk as well and standing on it or stepping from one foot to the other and doing some balancing is amazing. I highly recommend this pad.

I’m going through vestibular rehab ( My physical therapist has a much more expensive version of this and I was taking a chance getting this – if it wasn’t just the right density, I’d have wasted my money. It’s perfect: light, dense, but not so dense that it’s not real work to use. This is making me very happy, and if my legs don’t get stronger using it I’ll be surprised.

After knee surgery and physical therapy I purchased to keep doing balance exercises. I tired on folded yoga mats or similar but this was much better. It is firm but enough give to keep an unsteady surface to strengthen leg mussels doing exercises. I have in a spot that it can stay out and every day I am able to continue exercises to maintain strength and balance
