This bar is awesome, the turnover and flex of the bar are great for Olympic lifts.

When I read the specs on this bar it was exactly what I was looking for. Joinfit really mapped out what I consider to be ideal. The knurling is just as I prefer affording me a solid grip with sweaty hands and no chalk. I like the knurling in the middle. 29mm diameter is ideal and so is the stainless steel. Plate rotation just right. It’s one of the the best bars I have ever used and a terrific addition to the home gym I am building.

Recently purchased the Joinfit Stainless Steel with Chrome sleeves barbell and absolutely love it! The whip and spin this bar has is second to nothing. You can really feel how smooth the bearings are. Great barbell and would highly recommend.
Lifter –
When using the same bar 4-5 training days/week, this knurling is just abit too aggressive for me. I’ll admit, it’s nice because I basically don’t need chalk and for big singles it’s great. But if I could do it again, I would buy this for my one and only training bar.
