Develop rotational strength and power with this functional training tool that combines a medicine ball with a rope handle. Rope-ball combination allows you to perform quick rotational movements in an assortment of patterns and planes of movement. Hollow synthetic rubber construction allows this textured ball to rebound, so its ideal for swinging and chopping motions too. Rope is permanently attached to ball; washers on each side of ball ensure that rope doesn’t slide.
- Joinfit PRO Tornado Ball bounces well, and are great for working out alone against a wall or solid ground.
- The textured shell allows balls to last twice as longs as regular medicine balls.
- Textured rope handle and dimpled outer surface makes these balls slip resistant.
- Can be inflated more for a higher bounce against any solid object
- Latex free, premium grade natural rubber, odourless
